About The Position

Bridger is seeking an outstanding Program Manager to support its growth and Gas Mapping LiDAR™ technology. The Program Manager works closely with the GML Operations and Sales teams and interfaces with high-value clients throughout project lifecycles. The role is part of the Program Management organization, with primary responsibility for project execution and operational delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts four-year degree.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated account management experience or customer-facing project management experience.
• Demonstrated experience independently planning and executing projects.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and effective in high-pressure situations while managing competing priorities.
• Ability to work cohesively with a team of scientists, engineers, executives, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of customer projects from initial handoff through final data delivery and project closeout.
• Coordinate project logistics, including personnel, equipment, shipping, travel, site access, subcontractors, aviation providers, and other operational requirements.
• Manage third-party vendors and subcontractors to confirm availability, qualifications, scope alignment, performance, and compliance with project requirements.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with client management and operations teams.
• Deliver and effectively communicate reports and information to clients.
• Facilitate internal and customer-facing project meetings and clearly communicate project status, risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Identify and implement improvements that increase operational efficiency, consistency, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner across Operations, Data Analysis, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to support successful customer delivery.
