About The Position

The Program Director of Connect2Recovery (C2R) plans, directs, and participates in the program’s daily operation, ensuring quality of care, appropriate staffing and supervision, and effective participation in the wider service system to support continuity of care. The role also oversees program contracts, third-party billing and authorization processes, and overall financial management to support fiscal accountability, compliance, and sustainability. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with on-call hours as needed. The salary range is $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.
