About The Position

ViaQuest Residential Services provides support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The Program Manager coordinates and manages services and supports for the individuals served, promotes quality care and community engagement, and oversees staff training, scheduling, and service delivery. The role requires on-call availability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Three years of experience in the field of developmental disabilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record meeting ViaQuest’s Authorized Driver Criteria.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals served receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage services and supports, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, and benefits.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Help develop behavior support strategies, ensure they are implemented, train staff on them, and assess their effectiveness.
• Collaborate with members of individuals’ service teams to ensure effective communication and customer service.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals, ensuring they are thoroughly trained and provide high-quality services.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services and coverage are in place for all shifts.
• Provide customer service to individuals served, families and guardians, the county board, and service-team members.
