About The Position

ViaQuest Residential Services provides support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. The Program Manager oversees services and supports for individuals served, helps ensure quality care and community engagement, and coordinates with service teams, families, guardians, and county boards. The role supervises Direct Support Professionals and monitors staffing coverage. On-call availability is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in the developmental disabilities field.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Supervisory or management experience.
• Excellent decision-making and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Motor vehicle record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's- or master's-level degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Ensure individuals served receive quality services and are engaged with the community.
• Coordinate and manage services and supports, including medical appointments, household management, behavior management, financial services, and benefits.
• Use behavioral health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Help develop behavior support strategies and ensure their implementation, including training and assessing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with members of each individual's service team to maintain effective communication and customer service.
• Supervise and train Direct Support Professionals to ensure they provide quality services.
• Monitor staffing hours to ensure appropriate services and coverage across all shifts.
• Provide customer service to individuals served, families and guardians, the county board, and service-team members.
