The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a Program Manager located in Milpitas, California. Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Manager is responsible for providing administrative and project support to our Project Management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of program administration, program management, or related experience.
  • Strong leadership, technical, operational, process improvement, and customer relationship management skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of cross-functional processes, technologies, and business operations, with an understanding of their strategic impact across sites.
  • Accountable for overall program success, demonstrating expert-level functional expertise and business acumen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitor program performance metrics, track deliverables, and drive corrective actions to meet business objectives.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure product development, quality, delivery, and timeline commitments are achieved.
  • Serve as the primary customer interface, managing escalations, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationship development.
  • Coordinate product lifecycle activities, support contract negotiations, and drive business growth while maintaining P&L accountability.
