About The Position

The Program Manager coordinates and manages the daily operations of the overall services. The role focuses on ensuring staff orientation and ongoing training, and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. The Program Manager has direct communication and access to the director and all supervisors within the organization.

Requirements

At least 2 years of lead experience in the human services field.
Must qualify as a Designated Coordinator.
Basic computer skills.
Good decision-making, time-management, and communication skills.
Responsible, mature, and flexible.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Current auto liability insurance and reliable transportation.

Starting salary of $52,000–$53,430 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
$5,000 retention bonus; current Dungarvin employees are not eligible for the sign-on bonus associated with this position.
