The Program Manager position is with the CSUN Center on Disabilities (COD), a department in the CSUN Division of Student Affairs. The COD is dedicated to fostering an inclusive society where individuals of all abilities can achieve their goals and experience success through training and research. The center sponsors assistive technology training programs and hosts the CSUN Assistive Technology Conference. The Program Manager, reporting to the Managing Director, will provide leadership in content and direction for the COD, including the CSUN Assistive Technology Conference, the Assistive Technology Applications Certificate Program, and future programs. This role involves building coalitions and developing networks to enhance engagement in the field and maintain the CSUN AT Conference as an industry leader. The Program Manager will identify new talent and attract industry leaders as presenters, determine content trends, recruit presenters for various session formats, and oversee the submission and selection process for approximately 400 educational sessions for the annual conference. Additionally, the role includes identifying new training needs, developing curriculum with content experts, and managing their rollout.
