About The Position

The Center for Human Development (CHD) is seeking a Program Manager for its DMHAS program in West Springfield, Massachusetts. The Program Manager provides clinical, residential, and outreach management, training, and supervision to staff who support clients in need of psychiatric services. The role oversees residential program operations, treatment implementation, administrative processes, and staff management. CHD is a community-oriented human services organization dedicated to promoting, enhancing, and protecting the dignity and welfare of people in need. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in mental health treatment and/or a human-services-related field, with a focus on 24-hour residential treatment.
At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, counseling, or a related field, with an emphasis on mental health treatment.
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for work purposes.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in a mental health field.
