Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medicine or Social Sciences Field.
Current Idaho Professional license (e.g., RN, LMSW, LPC).
Minimum of 2 years' experience in capacity with demonstrated knowledge and experience in supervision, personnel management, employee performance assessment, training and development of staff, and data collection and reporting.
Minimum of 2 years' experience working within the field of alcoholism, substance use disorders and mental health.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff, as well as other health professionals and agencies.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations.
Able to walk and stand for long periods of time.
Able to facilitate positive and effective working relationships with the entire health care team.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years' experience in an administrative position in a behavioral health setting.
Three or more years experience in the field of alcoholism, substance use disorders and mental health.
Master's degree in nursing, Medicine or Social Sciences field.
Experience working with a wide variety of patient populations, including patients living in poverty and individuals of minority groups.

Responsibilities

Responsible for carrying out the policies established by the Allumbaugh House (AH) and Terry Reilly Health Services governing bodies.
Managing the clinical operations of Allumbaugh House under the supervision of the Associate Director of Behavioral Health Operations.
Assuring that all required policies and protocols are documented and reviewed timely.
Ensuring clinical services, staffing, and training are developed and implemented consistent with evidence-based practices, Joint Commission, and ASAM CARF standards.
Supervising, organizing, and evaluating services provided within Allumbaugh House, including personnel, clinical care practices, and community relations.
Providing for a safe, positive work environment.
