About The Position

Ambrook is hiring a Program Manager to run programs across the company, including office placemaking, events, tech enablement, design program management, research, and special projects. The role is based in Ambrook’s San Francisco Mission office, with work across design, Labs, recruiting, the company’s other offices, and its distributed team. The role leads placemaking for the San Francisco office, helping make it an enjoyable workplace and a gathering place for local builders, designers, and operators. It also involves collaborating with founders on priority projects, improving how customers and candidates experience Ambrook, organizing community events, and building reliable processes for software and AI access. The scope is broad and may grow across functions as the person builds trust and identifies where they can contribute most.
