About The Position

European Wax Center is hiring an Esthetician, also described as a Wax Specialist, to provide body-waxing services at its San Francisco locations. The role involves creating a positive guest experience, working as a friendly and passionate team member, and learning new techniques through the company’s training program. The company promotes guest loyalty through packages and memberships, local and national advertising, and its skin- and brow-care retail products.

Compensation includes a base hourly wage of $20 to $22, performance-based service and retail commissions, and a performance-based service bonus. The company describes the work environment as fun, well-managed, and successful, with opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Hold a California Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.
• Be willing to learn new techniques.

• Be capable of performing all types of body waxing.
• Be able to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Be able to work flexible days and hours.

• Performance-based service bonus of up to $1,000 per month, paid bi-weekly.
