About The Position

By The Bay Health is a non-profit established in 1975 that provides Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care, and Pediatric Care. Its team-based approach addresses practical, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of care to maximize quality of life for patients, caregivers, and families. The Program Manager is responsible for managing several large-scale, cross-department programs and projects within the organization. This is a full-time, onsite position in Larkspur, California, scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position offers competitive pay, generous benefits, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.
At least seven years of experience leading complicated programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

Create program and project plans that include all necessary information.
Identify and manage stakeholders who directly impact project success and the organization’s overall performance.
Continuously monitor and track risks, ensure mitigation strategies are effective, and adapt the approach as circumstances change.
Create comprehensive plans identifying what needs to be done, when it needs to be done, and the associated cost or effort so resources can be effectively assigned.
