The Program Manager proactively leads implementation and ensures the quality of virtual health services at Piedmont Healthcare. The role manages the planning, coordination, and implementation of current and future technologies that enable virtual care in clinical areas, including video conferencing visits, telecommunication visits, asynchronous visits, remote patient monitoring, and other care platforms used when patients and clinicians are in different settings. The Program Manager develops project budgets and plans, prepares presentations, identifies deliverables and resource requirements, develops implementation plans, launches programs, and monitors performance metrics. The role also monitors the quality and financial success of implemented programs and coordinates efforts with teams across Piedmont Healthcare, referring physicians, and community partners.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
With a bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of progressively responsible and relevant work experience is required.
Alternatively, with a master’s degree, at least 3 years of progressively responsible and relevant experience is required.

Nice To Haves

Strong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflows.
Previous experience leading a cross-functional, enterprise-wide complex project in a healthcare setting.
