Under the broad leadership of the Associate Director of Client Funded Clinical Programs & Services, the Program Manager of MCCSS Portfolios is accountable for planning, implementation, and evaluation of the clinical and administrative activities and initiatives of the assigned service teams, including, but not limited to, Autism Foundational Family Services, Respite, Caregiver Mediated Early Years Program (Project Impact), School Transitions, Autism Behavioural Classroom (BAC), and Client Funded Programs and Services. Additionally, the Program Manager is responsible for the provision of leadership and supervision to interprofessional team members, to ensure services are provided in a manner that best meets the needs of the child or youth and family and incorporates the philosophies of engagement and quality improvement within an integrated system approach. As a member of the Management Team, the Program Manager contributes to organizational effectiveness by participating in collaborative planning and decision-making for the agency.
