About The Position

Resourceful and data‑driven Program Analyst/Technical Assistant with strong experience supporting program operations and programming through data tracking, dashboard maintenance, and milestone monitoring. Skilled in maintaining and analyzing enrollment, participation, and milestone dashboards to ensure clients progress toward successful employment outcomes. Competent at tracking service delivery, monitoring performance indicators, identifying trends, and flagging risks or delays in program milestones and generating clear reports that guide program improvements and compliance. The incumbent will be a proactive problem‑solving, and committed to improving processes, enhancing data visibility, and supporting efficient program outcomes in a collaborative manner. Career Access program is a community outreach initiative designed to offer vocational rehabilitation services to individuals with disabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Business, Data Analytics, Human Services, or a related field.
  • Five (5) years experienced with supporting program operations, EHC/data systems, and/or performance management in a social service, workforce, or community‑based setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, service providers, and program leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, update, and validate enrollment, participation, and milestone dashboards to ensure accurate, real‑time program visibility.
  • Track client progress across service pathways, including vocational, training, and employment milestones.
  • Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with program staff.
  • Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare routine and ad‑hoc reports for leadership, funders, and internal teams.
  • Support compliance by ensuring data aligns with program requirements, contractual obligations, and performance indicators.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff on data entry, reporting tools, and workflow processes.
  • Support implementation of new processes, tools, or reporting structures that enhance program efficiency.
  • Work closely with consultants and program managers to ensure timely and accurate milestone completion.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights, highlight risks, and support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Perform other related duties as requested including but not limited to assisting with special projects, audits, and program evaluations.
