About The Position

This is a remote Program Coordinator position with Morning Sun Financial Services, requiring the candidate to reside in Utah. The role involves acting as a liaison between participants and their employees, providing training and ongoing support, and serving as a subject matter expert on program rules and regulations. The position operates on a remote schedule, typically Monday through Friday during daytime business hours, with minimal in-person travel required to support participants as needed. The annual salary is $50,000, with full-time benefits and paid time off.

Requirements

Four (4) year degree in Human Services (psychology, sociology, social work, education, etc.); and at least one-year professional experience working with persons who have an intellectual disability; OR A two (2) year degree in Human Services (psychology, sociology, social work, recreational therapy, education, nursing, PT, OT, speech, etc.): and at least three (3) years professional experience working with persons who have an intellectual disability
A four (4) year degree in any other subject and at least two (2) years professional experience working with persons who have an intellectual disability
Five (5) years of professional experience working with people who have an intellectual disability.
Ability to read, write and speak English.
Ability to sit for long periods of time.
Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check
Successful clearance of a Motor Vehicle Background Check

Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between the participants and their employees in onboarding, program enrollment, and paperwork
Initial EVV training review to employers/participants with onboarding
Documenting communication through Customer Support tickets for compliance.
Provide ongoing support to participants and their employees concerning issues, supports, and corrections
Act as the subject matter expert of program rules and regulations from state agencies and internal policies for internal staff
Other job duties assigned by the Chain of Command
