About The Position

LufCo is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the successful cost, schedule, staffing, and performance of a complex government contract. This role will serve as a primary interface with government stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, manage program risk and resources, and ensure contractual and technical requirements are executed effectively.

Requirements

15+ years of experience managing complex programs or projects of similar scope and complexity.
Experience managing multi-task contracts, subcontractors, and multi-vendor environments.
Demonstrated experience with cost, schedule, resource allocation, financial tracking, and Earned Value Management.
Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting requirements.
Experience leading customer-facing program reviews and communicating with senior government stakeholders.
Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead overall program execution, including cost, schedule, staffing, performance, and risk management.
Serve as a primary point of contact for government Program Managers, CORs, Contracting Officers, and senior stakeholders.
Manage program resources, budgets, staffing plans, deliverables, schedules, and technical performance.
Review financial, technical, and program status reporting prior to customer submission.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure integration across technical, operational, and business functions.
Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and performance gaps.
Support proposal changes, engineering change proposals, and other contract modifications as required.
Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and administrative requirements.
Drive timely recruiting, onboarding, and workforce readiness for program needs.
