About The Position

Our enterprise-level client is seeking to add a Program Manager to work onsite in Redmond, WA. The program focuses on accelerating AI research and the development of use cases that can complement human ingenuity by increasing the availability of industry-scale foundation models. Through this program, we hope to re-imagine AI learning and research using foundation models while also exploring new use cases that can complement human ingenuity through diversified academic expertise.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience required
Deep project & program management experience required with strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to multi-task and prioritize across varying workstream types
PowerBI experience required

Nice To Haves

Prior roles engaging with universities and external customers or partners is preferred
Ability to work with and understand different types of data is preferred
Documentation creation experience a plus

Responsibilities

Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
Drive program/project schedules and status reports.
Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.
Develop, track and manage BI project budget, project plans, timelines and scope.
Partner closely with other members of functional project teams.
Prepare and present usage reporting; PowerBI experience required.
Communicate project status and proposed program strategies with senior stake holders, researchers and others.
Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized.
Make presentations to researchers and project sponsors.
Facilitate program onboarding, and ongoing program service for 100-150 researchers.
Create and facilitate events for 10-50 professors and researchers.
