About The Position

The Program Manager will be mainly responsible for managing the program implementation of a customer’s product through the contract manufacturing process. You will also be responsible for assigned projected planning, scheduling and oversight of hardware fabrication efforts, and ensure contractual deliveries are made on time and within budget.

Requirements

BS/BA/master degree in engineering, business, management or a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years in program management experience.
Proficiency in English required.
Has academic functional skills needed to perform assigned tasks

Budget management of projects

Nice To Haves

Knowledge in electronic manufacturing and supply chain a plus.
Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is a plus.
Bilingual in Mandarin is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Customer interface during the design, development, manufacture and service of the customer’s NPI product, as well as insuring the terms of the agreement with the customer are maintained.
Developing and maintaining program schedules.
Supporting activities including preparing responses to RFQs.
Estimating and tracking program timing.
Holding cross-functional project status meetings.
Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects
Decide on suitable strategies and objectives
Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities
Apply change, risk, and resource management
