About The Position

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead Technical Support and User Engagement activities for a federal data access program. This is a hybrid full‑time position located in Bethesda, MD. Provide overall leadership for technical support, user engagement, and program operations Manage execution of Data Use Agreements (DUAs), Privacy Board activities, and user engagement tasks Oversee program reporting, PRA clearance activities, and SORN development and coordination Ensure timely delivery of monthly program performance reports Coordinate cross‑functional teams supporting user engagement, training, and outreach

Requirements

  • PhD in health services, social sciences, economics, or behavioral research
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing projects
  • Deep knowledge of federal program operations and procedures
  • Experience with CMS data
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust. Candidates must receive approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred.
