About The Position

The Program Manager, PMO will support PMs across multiple VM programs, lead portfolio management processes, and ensure status visibility. This role involves identifying cost drivers, trends, and variances, communicating insights to leadership, and proactively assessing portfolio risks and opportunities. The position also requires partnering with BA/Finance lead on forecasting, tracking, variance analysis, and cost reporting, as well as preparing materials for Operational Command Center and financial reviews. Additionally, the Program Manager will manage change control processes and documentation, coordinate unit/funding shifts, and ensure governance approvals. The role involves building strong relationships with Operations teams, participating in operational reviews, and understanding field operations to connect PMO, finance, and ops drivers. Finally, the Program Manager will be responsible for preparing catch-back plans and WMP deliverables, coordinating inputs across PMs, finance, and leadership, and advancing PMO process maturity by maintaining documentation libraries, SharePoint, RACI, and standardized workflows.
