Discover Impactful Work As the Program Manager, Marketing Excellence, you will help our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry marketing team convert strategic priorities into clear plans, disciplined operating mechanisms, and measurable execution. This hands-on program management role focuses on cross-functional coordination, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and performance visibility across business-critical marketing initiatives. You will play a critical role in advancing growth objectives by improving execution readiness, strengthening customer-focused planning, and building scalable, repeatable ways of working that accelerate pipeline generation, buyer progression, and sales-ready conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Operations, Life Sciences, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, demand generation, business operations, marketing transformation, or a related role within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Proven program management expertise, including planning, milestone management, dependency coordination, risk and issue tracking, meeting facilitation, action follow-up, and execution of cross-functional initiatives from inception through completion.
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing execution, including campaign operations, customer journeys, audience segmentation, nurture programs, lead management, marketing-to-sales handoffs, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and align global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority, clarify ownership, navigate tradeoffs, and drive timely decisions.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills, with the ability to create executive-ready updates, decision summaries, stakeholder communications, meeting materials, and status reports while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, risks, and gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations and next steps.
  • Continuous improvement and change management mindset, with experience driving process adoption, stakeholder readiness, workflow optimization, and operational effectiveness through clear communication, training coordination, and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting demand generation, customer acquisition, nurture programs, segmentation, lead scoring, sales-ready conversion, or marketing analytics initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project management systems, reporting dashboards, and workflow tools from a program coordination perspective.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity, communication, documentation, analysis, or project execution preferred.
  • Familiarity with PPI, Lean, A3, Kaizen, or structured problem-solving methods.
  • Comfort with AI-enabled marketing concepts, workflow automation, content operations, personalization, targeting, SEO/AEO, or emerging digital discovery channels.
  • Experience in life sciences, analytical instruments, B2B technology, healthcare, diagnostics, or another complex technical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned marketing initiatives and workstreams from planning through execution, including scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, actions, and closeout.
  • Create and maintain practical program artifacts such as workplans, RAILs, timelines, decision logs, meeting agendas, status reports, executive-ready updates, and stakeholder communications.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Marketing Excellence, Integrated Marketing, Digital/eCommerce, Regional Marketing, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Finance, and Analytics.
  • Support execution of growth-focused marketing initiatives by coordinating audience, segmentation, content readiness, nurture, lead handoff, reporting, and follow-up activities across workstream owners.
  • Leverage approved AI tools to improve productivity, synthesize information, draft communications, support process documentation, and identify opportunities to streamline execution.
  • Help teams translate strategic direction into execution-ready plans with clear success criteria, KPIs, operating cadence, decision points, and escalation paths.
  • Support KPI tracking and performance reporting for assigned initiatives; synthesize data inputs and stakeholder feedback into concise insights, risks, and recommended next actions.
  • Improve execution consistency by standardizing templates, documenting repeatable processes, clarifying handoffs, and helping teams transition pilots into sustainable operating mechanisms.
  • Identify process friction, support root-cause problem solving, and use PPI / continuous improvement methods to streamline workflows, reduce rework, and improve speed to market.
  • Support change management and adoption for new processes and ways of working, including communications, training coordination, stakeholder readiness, and adoption tracking.
