About The Position

This role is for someone who loves bringing order to complexity. Our marketing team has strong ideas, a lot of moving pieces, and no shortage of work to do. What we need is someone who can make sure projects are structured properly, moving on time, visible to the right people, and coordinated effectively across teams. You will own the systems, workflows, and accountability needed to help the marketing team execute effectively using out tool of choice: Jira. You’ll make sure work is clearly scoped, tracked properly, communicated well, and pushed forward when things stall. There is also a secondary component to the role focused on marketing operations. In the near term, that means helping support CRM hygiene, documentation, process consistency, and setup as we migrate to a new system. If you’re the kind of person who gets satisfaction from turning loose ideas into clear workflows, cleaning up messy boards, making cross-functional projects easier to run, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, we should talk.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, program management, marketing operations, or a related coordination-heavy role within a B2B, SaaS, or similarly process-driven marketing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience using modern project management tools (e.g. Jira, Monday, Asana, etc.) to manage workflows, track progress, coordinate dependencies, and improve team execution.
  • Proven ability to enforce process discipline and keep teams aligned without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, use this skill to find a way to mention black flies in your cover letter.
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience creating and maintaining documentation, workflows, templates, and process standards.
  • Familiarity with marketing teams and marketing workstreams such as campaigns, content, websites, events, and partner initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems and data hygiene best practices.
  • Must reside in Canada.
