About The Position

The Talent Management and Development (TM&D) team at DaVita is seeking a Learning Program Manager to join the Learning Journeys team. This team focuses on creating, executing, and optimizing role-based training and development paths. The Learning Program Manager will lead the execution of complex projects and programs aligned with organizational goals, continuously measuring and enhancing their effectiveness. This role is key to the enterprise learning strategy, impacting clinical and business performance, leadership bench strength, and talent retention. The role involves driving existing program execution and developing/leading special projects to advance multi-year enterprise objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in complex program/project management, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • Demonstrated track record of supporting leadership development functions (coaching, mentoring, or internal consulting).
  • Ability to balance a broad perspective with execution details to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Advanced collateral design and data analysis skills.
  • High comfort level using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Microsoft Planner) and the Microsoft 365 Suite.
  • Proficient and eager to implement cutting-edge technology (e.g., AI) into learning strategy and execution.
  • Exceptional ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Ability to collaborate constructively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to pursue project goals effectively even when priorities shift.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple interconnected workstreams for large-scale programs.
  • Drive accountability across diverse, cross-functional project teams.
  • Translate high-level leadership development goals into actionable, scalable execution plans.
  • Proactively identify project roadblocks and implement sustainable, innovative solutions.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in adult learning principles.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-impact training content and collateral.
  • Communicate program progress, potential risks, and achievements concisely and effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Village to maximize the impact of learning initiatives.
