Requirements

  • A strong foundation in learning design, skills architecture, or talent development
  • Experience thinking in systems - connecting skills, content, data, and outcomes into cohesive frameworks
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can be used to create smarter, more adaptive experiences
  • The ability to translate complex ideas into clear, structured pathways that others can follow
  • A product mindset - comfortable shaping concepts, testing ideas, and iterating based on feedback and data
  • Confidence working cross-functionally with product, AI, and technical teams
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to bring others along on the journey
  • A passion for helping people grow, and a drive to make learning more impactful and accessible
