About The Position

This position is PRN-No benefits. The RCO Senior Learning Architect is responsible to lead training programs and projects as assigned. This role involves training new staff and updating them on new software, acting as a liaison between experts and users, and providing support during and after project launches to resolve any issues that arise. This position is 8-5 MT as needed.

Requirements

  • Epic Certification and Certified Instructional Technologist (Mager Consortium).
  • Demonstrated proficiency and experience with computer software systems for documents, word processing, presentations, spreadsheets, and process flows.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Learning Architect role.
  • Demonstrated expert experience in leading, developing, coordinating, and delivering education and training programs is required.
  • Demonstrated expert ability to apply adult learning methods.
  • Demonstrated intermediate experience developing eLearning modules and screen-cast videos using authoring software is required.
  • Ability to motivate peers and team members.
  • Ability to learn systems and applications to expert level.
  • Demonstrates active listening, critical inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and help others navigate through change.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others to develop technical and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and project teams and develop resource plans, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Must be able to travel or commute to deliver training and/or complete projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates who are Certified Instructional Technologist and approved Course Manager by Mager Consortium are preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Certified ROI Professional (ROI Institute).
  • Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting as a clinical or revenue subject matter expert.

Responsibilities

  • Organizes credentialing events and coordinates resources like educators, schedules, and training facilities.
  • Trains new staff and updates them on new software.
  • Acts as a link between experts and users.
  • Provides support during and after project launches and resolves issues.
  • Leads projects, mentors team members, and ensures high-quality learning solutions.
  • Oversees credentialed trainers and external resources.
  • Promotes effective team communication and professional development.
  • Manages training projects, coordinates with vendors, ensures training materials are available, and informs associates about training requirements.
  • Assesses training program effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manages customer relationships and maintains training records.
  • Performs instructional design, development, and delivery.
  • Identifies and addresses operational inefficiencies.
  • Leads process improvement projects to enhance quality and reduce costs.
  • Observes trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Conducts and facilitates education programs, collects feedback, and evaluates training effectiveness.
  • Maximizes education delivery using various platforms and mediums.
  • Interprets both operational and system processes and workflows.
  • Leads the development and implementation of the education program for all caregivers.
  • Acts as a liaison between the subject matter expert/system build analyst and the end user.
