This role is an opportunity to act as a key architect for AI-driven modernization and serve as the lead for Toronto’s Talent, Development, and Experience (TDE) ecosystem within the global L&D team. The position bridges the gap between local employee experience and global AI enablement, moving internal processes from manual design to scalable, AI-assisted models. This role is critical in moving the organization from manual, program-based learning models to intelligent, scalable, AI-assisted systems of development. This role is ideal for someone who thrives operating across the full spectrum of talent development — one day facilitating a manager workshop, the next designing scalable AI-powered learning solutions that shape the future of how we work.
