We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Learning & Development Manager to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs across the CMS (Commercial Money Movement Solutions) organization. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who brings deep L&D experience and can independently manage training initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and learning operations. This role is ideal for an L&D professional with strong experience in program coordination, stakeholder support, and learning operations. The L&D Manager will take ownership of key learning initiatives, partner closely with business stakeholders, and help ensure programs are effective, well-executed, and aligned with business needs. The successful candidate will bring practical L&D expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to independently manage learning initiatives from discovery through implementation and evaluation.
