About The Position

The Program Manager, Human Resources role within the North America Service Business division involves leading and coordinating cross-functional HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent development, and business goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities from planning through execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in program management, project management, HR, or a related function.
  • HR or program/project management certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PMP, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
  • Experience with change management, employee experience, or organizational development programs.
  • Experience creating dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of HR programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define goals, timelines, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and communications.
  • Coordinate initiatives across areas such as talent management, employee engagement, onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Develop processes, tools, and documentation to improve the efficiency and consistency of HR programs.
  • Track program performance and provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations to HR leadership.
  • Analyze HR data and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and accountability.
  • Identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop solutions to keep programs on track.
  • Support change management and employee communications related to new HR programs, policies, and processes.
  • Ensure HR programs are implemented consistently and in accordance with company policies and applicable requirements.
  • Continuously evaluate programs and recommend enhancements based on employee feedback, business needs, and performance data.
