As a creative problem-solver, they can navigate the complexities of a research university and build consensus with faculty through a consultative, adaptable approach. They are a strong communicator who uses data to inform decision-making and articulate a compelling narrative of program value to campus partners. We are seeking a dedicated educator with a genuine passion for supporting undergraduate success, a commitment to mentoring the peer leaders who are essential to our mission, and a proven track record of designing student-centered solutions that directly address the diverse challenges of undergraduate retention and persistence.
