About The Position

This position serves as the first point of contact for both national and international prospective students regarding our programs. It provides information and guidance to students, prospective students, and academic advisors, while also offering administrative support to students, faculty, and staff on course management, degree requirements, policies, and procedures. Key duties include handling course permits, managing the course schedule in Banner, and coordinating administrative coordination for assigned undergraduate programs. Additionally, the role involves preparing letters of intent, appointment forms, and tuition waivers for new and returning graduate students. Due to the demanding nature of this position, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, flexible, and able to reprioritize tasks as needed. They should be aligned with our goal of supporting support student success, feel comfortable asking questions, suggesting solutions, and working within strict deadlines. This is specialized administrative work performed under general supervision. The responsibilities can be learned through on-the-job training by someone eager to develop their skills with minimal instruction. Therefore, excellent organization, time management, and strong oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
