As a workforce initiative of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, HOH partners with employers across the country to create pathways to long-term civilian careers while strengthening America's workforce. The Program Manager, Corporate Fellowship Program is responsible for leading and growing a local Fellowship Program site that connects transitioning service members with civilian employers through hands-on fellowship experiences. This role blends program management, business development, relationship management, and community engagement. You'll work directly with military installations, employer partners, workforce organizations, and fellowship participants to deliver exceptional program experiences while expanding the program's reach and impact throughout your region. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and creating opportunities for others.
