About The Position

This is a 2-year International Fellowship Program based at the company's headquarters in Blomberg, Germany. The program includes a 2-year master's program in Information Technology at TH OWL University of Applied Sciences and Arts, starting October 2026. Participants will work on real-life projects with research and development teams and receive guided development support. Upon completion, graduates will return to the US for a role within the team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or another closely related field of study.
Minimum GPA of 3.0 (transcripts required).
Ability to obtain US Passport.
Willingness to live, learn and work in Germany for at least two years.
Must meet Germany Student Visa eligibility requirements.
Keen interest in pursuing a career in Automation Development and passionate about offering solutions for business.
Ability to work collaboratively in an environment of friendliness and honesty.
Self-driven, adaptive to change, and analytical thinking.
Readiness to be engaged in both student and working life in an intercultural context.

Nice To Haves

Working experience in a relevant area is preferable.
Knowledge in German language is recommended.

Responsibilities
