About The Position

RiVidium Inc. is seeking a Program Manager / Contract Manager to serve as the primary contractor lead and main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Technical Monitor (TM). This position is responsible for overall contract management, operational oversight, staffing stability, deliverable quality, risk management, and compliance with service-level requirements across NNSA HRSS functional areas. This position is contingent upon contract award and funding approval. As such, this job posting is intended to identify qualified candidates for a potential future opportunity and does not represent a currently available position. Compensation has not yet been determined and will be established based on contract requirements, candidate qualifications, experience, and applicable market conditions.

Requirements

• 10 years of progressive professional experience in program management, federal human capital consulting, or operational management.
• At least 6 years managing federal HR or professional support services contracts with $3M+ cumulative value.
• Demonstrated federal HR service delivery, quality control, risk mitigation, and performance-monitoring experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.

Nice To Haves

• IPMA-SCP or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline.
• PMP certification

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of the NNSA HRSS contract and contractor operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NNSA contract leadership.
• Oversee staffing, workforce stability, deliverables, performance, and service-level requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams supporting staffing, benefits, employee relations, analytics, and communications.
• Monitor contract performance, quality control, risks, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DEAR, federal timekeeping requirements, and applicable contract requirements.
• Prepare and oversee timely, accurate contract deliverables and reporting.
• Coordinate issue resolution and maintain strong customer relationships.
