About The Position
The Senior Contract Sourcing Program Manager works at Providence Saint John’s Health Center in Santa Monica, California. The position provides contract negotiation leadership, development and management services, and counsel for the Providence South Division through Purchased Services and Physician Contracting. Contracting services are delivered according to divisional and regional business needs, with priority placed on clinical and financial value, organizational risk mitigation, legal and regulatory requirements, and stewardship. The role is part of a patient-focused, whole-person care environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent education or experience.
- Five years of experience in Contract Management or a combination of healthcare and/or corporate contracting responsibilities.
- One year of project management and/or team management experience in a leadership role.
- One year of proven experience leading teams through large projects.
