About The Position

This is a full-time Program Manager position in Behavioral Health, working Monday through Friday. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and at least three years of management or supervisory experience. Previous experience in healthcare or behavioral health is preferred. The Program Manager will provide day-to-day oversight of the program, including administration, implementation, supervision, communication, and strategy. This includes developing and managing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, creating long-term goals, developing budgets and operating plans, and establishing evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement. The role also involves managing a diverse team, ensuring goals related to customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance are met, and producing accurate and timely reports on program status while analyzing and adjusting for program risks.

Responsibilities
