About The Position

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Capacity Management Program Manager to help plan and operate capacity for GPU compute, storage, and server infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of supply chain planning, cloud infrastructure, and strategic customer account operations. You will translate demand signals and capacity strategy into reliable operational execution across short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons. You will work within established planning frameworks, drive operational excellence, resolve execution gaps, and ensure strategic customer accounts receive clear, dependable capacity management support.

Requirements

  • Experience in capacity planning, supply chain planning, cloud infrastructure, operations, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, including servers, GPU compute, storage, and their capacity constraints.
  • Experience managing or supporting strategic customer accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with planning models, operational metrics, and ambiguous data.
  • Demonstrated operational excellence: able to bring structure to execution, close gaps, and reliably deliver results.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and services.

Responsibilities

  • Execute capacity planning and operational processes for GPU compute, storage, and server infrastructure.
  • Maintain short-, medium-, and long-range supply and demand plans; identify risks, gaps, and mitigation actions.
  • Operate capacity-related activities for strategic customer accounts, including communication, tracking, and follow-through.
  • Turn priorities into clear actions, drive closure on issues, and improve the consistency and quality of operations.
  • Analyze complex data to generate actionable insights on demand, supply, utilization, and capacity risk.
  • Partner with infrastructure, supply chain, finance, engineering, and service teams to deliver committed outcomes.
  • Improve existing processes through standardization, documentation, operational rigor, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, escalating risks at the right time.
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and successfully executes a broad portfolio of functional initiatives and programs.
  • Plans and directs schedules for multiple programs running simultaneously.
  • Partners closely with global cross-functional teams to understand and capture requirements for programs.
  • Navigates complex dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and addresses & mitigates risks.
  • Effectively influences internal and external teams to prioritize; Drives mitigation plans and ensures ownership for each item and regular follow up through to program closure while ensuring resolution of risk and issues, escalating, as necessary.
  • Provides rigorous management and analysis of overall portfolio budget (including spend and forecasted spend vs. budget, spend per program and historical trends, etc.).
  • Establishes scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end project and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practices.
  • Runs standups and sprint planning exercises for programs owned.
  • Builds and maintains consistent reporting across numerous programs.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
