About The Position
The Program Manager 4 drives cross-organizational programs, bringing clarity to ambiguity, momentum to execution, and alignment across competing priorities. The role supports Rhythm of the Business activities and organizational success, aligning teams across OCI around shared goals while ensuring visibility and progress among stakeholders. It serves as a link between teams to identify gaps, remove blockers, and maintain execution, while building trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders. The position operates in a fast-moving, cross-cutting, collaborative and highly technical environment, including work related to AI infrastructure.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience developing and implementing strategy and executing large, cross-cutting programs.
- Demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
- Technology background enabling understanding of cloud architecture complexities.
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation and influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with senior leaders across Oracle, from engineering to business, to drive core business initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity and collaborate with a team to investigate problems and create solutions.
- Knowledge of data center GPU architecture and operations.
- Familiarity with AI workloads and software stacks.
- Experience in a customer-facing role at a technology company.
