Program Manager 4

Oracle•Nashville, TN

About The Position

Oracle is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive program manager to lead complex security initiatives for Oracle Health Foundations. The role partners closely with engineering teams to develop execution plans, identify requirements and dependencies, remove roadblocks, and ensure owners meet committed deliverables. It provides rigorous management and analysis of the organization’s security posture and drives a broad portfolio of security programs from planning through implementation and closure. The program manager navigates cross-functional and organizational dependencies, aligns work with organizational priorities, mitigates risks, and influences teams to prioritize and resolve issues. The position establishes scalable processes, tools, governance, and reporting to help maintain the desired security posture with minimal manual effort. It applies project-management standards and documentation practices while coordinating reporting across security programs in alignment with OCI WSM priorities and Oracle Health industry requirements. More broadly, the role leads highly complex technical programs across teams, products, platforms, or business functions. It defines program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, governance, metrics, and success criteria; coordinates execution and technical decision-making; and communicates program status and recommendations to stakeholders, including executives. The manager also improves program-management practices and reusable frameworks, supports operational readiness, and mentors other technical program managers. Other duties may be assigned.
