About The Position

Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for a dynamic Program Management Manager to join our team in Hialeah, FL. This role is accountable for the overall profitability and performance of assigned program(s), including the enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs. The manager will maintain and create a professional yet personalized relationship with assigned customers and is accountable for continuous improvement in customer program management tools and processes. This position involves end-to-end program lifecycle management (planning, execution, monitoring, and closure), collaborating with and influencing cross-functional internal leaders regarding customer-specific strategy, execution, and customer relationship management. Responsibilities include consistent management and administration of contractual obligations, all recoveries and remedies for programs adhering to contractual commitments, and risk management and mitigation strategies. The role supports the coordination and clarification of analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long-range business goals, integrates the implementation of Program Management Practices, and manages daily RAIL execution. The Program Management Manager facilitates the resolution of program issues, develops solutions to complex problems, provides in-depth analysis, identifies lessons learned, and provides historical reports for future project plans. They collect, organize, and provide data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of programs, customer and supplier commitments, and compliance, ensuring follow-up action for issue resolution. Additionally, the role involves providing coaching and guidance to teammates, fostering a collaborative and growth environment, performing one-on-one meetings, acting as a subject matter expert in program management, conducting program reviews with external and internal senior leadership, approving CR/Rebills and RMAs, creating Get to Green Plans, providing KPI metrics reports, and supporting Customer On-Site Business Reviews. The manager will lead cross-functional teams through high-stress recovery situations and perform other duties as assigned or required. To be considered, candidates must complete an assessment.

Requirements

At least one year of experience in leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or format manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
10 + years of experience in programs or accounts management.
3 + years of experience in aviation, aerospace and/or defense industry.
2+ years’ experience engaging in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs.
3+ years’ experience working with internal and external customers.
2+ years’ experience establishing, management and reporting of metrics.
Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally up to 50% of the time.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree – Business Administration or Engineering or Related Field of Study (master’s degree preferred) or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in the aerospace industry/fasteners, preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
Experience with Power BI tool.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment working on multiple competing priorities, and holding other functions accountable to plan.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills serving as escalation point of contact.
SAP experience preferred.

Creation of Get to Green Plans.
Provide KPI metrics reports.
Supports Customer on Site Business Reviews.
