About The Position
The Program Management Analyst - Launch supports vehicle launch execution through issue tracking, deviation coordination, action management, reporting, and cross-functional follow-up. The role partners with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Purchasing teams to ensure launch risks are visible and resolution plans are effectively executed.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Business or related discipline.
- 0-3 years of automotive, manufacturing, quality, or program management experience.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; visa sponsorship is not available.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools.
Responsibilities
- Maintain launch issue, deviation, and action trackers.
- Coordinate follow-up on corrective actions and open risks.
- Develop dashboards and status reports for leadership reviews.
- Support containment and readiness activities.
- Monitor issue aging and escalate overdue actions.
- Facilitate launch review meetings and document actions.
- Analyze trends and support continuous improvement initiatives.
