About The Position

The Program Integrator serves as a Scrum Coach, supporting collaboration with the Product Owner in preparing for SAFe and Agile ceremonies. These include sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt events, and Program Increment (PI) planning. The position requires extensive combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management, along with a relevant degree or an approved certification and additional experience in lieu of the degree or certification.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must have a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
At least 15 years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
A bachelor's degree with a business or technical focus is required, unless substituted by an approved certification and additional directly related experience.
In lieu of a degree: Project Management Institute PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, plus three additional years of directly related experience, for a total of 18 years.
In lieu of certification: two additional years of directly related experience, for a total of 20 years.
Scrum certification and experience collaborating with a Product Owner in preparing for SAFe/Agile ceremonies.

Nice To Haves

Well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels and exercise tact, discretion, and diplomacy while eliciting team synergy.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
Training in the Lean Six Sigma Program.
