About The Position

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a Program Integrator 4 to join our team! This role assists PEO leadership and individual Program Managers in establishing and maintaining the acquisition baselines for programs by monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. The Program Integrator 4 performs holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks while verifying that initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree with a business or technical focus.
• In lieu of a degree, Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification, Contract Manager CPCM certification, or DAWIA Level III in any focus area, plus an additional three (3) years of directly related experience (eighteen (18) years total), may be substituted.
• In lieu of certification, an additional two (2) years of directly related experience (twenty (20) years total) may be substituted.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph; a CI polygraph within the last 5 years is required.

Nice To Haves

• Well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to communicate effectively at all levels, consistently exercising tact, discretion, and diplomacy and eliciting team synergy.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, including demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.
• Lean Six Sigma training is a bonus.
