About The Position

Leidos' Defense Sensors organization is seeking a Program Integrator to support the execution of emerging technology radar programs. The role serves as the primary on-site program execution representative in Huntsville, Alabama, working closely with program leadership. The successful candidate coordinates day-to-day program activities, aligns local engineering and functional teams, tracks execution against program objectives, and proactively identifies and resolves issues. The position requires the ability to operate independently, establish priorities, and make timely decisions consistent with the Program Manager's direction.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience and 6+ years of prior relevant experience, or a master's degree with 4+ years of prior relevant experience; additional education, experience, or training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams in a defense development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, resolve execution issues, and work independently with limited supervision.
• Familiarity with program schedules, budgets, risk management, and technical deliverables.
• Experience working with geographically distributed program teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence teams without direct supervisory authority.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess and maintain an active Secret clearance.
• Must reside in Huntsville, Alabama, or be willing to relocate to the Huntsville area.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on-site program execution representative in Huntsville, coordinating daily activities with the Program Manager.
• Coordinate engineering, software, integration, test, and other functional teams to keep program activities aligned with technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
• Monitor day-to-day program execution, identify emerging issues and risks, and work with program leadership and functional managers to develop and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between the Huntsville execution team, program leadership, and other program stakeholders.
• Track program priorities, action items, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion.
• Support the Program Manager in managing program cost, schedule, technical performance, and contractual requirements.
• Represent program leadership in local meetings and activities, make decisions within delegated authority, and elevate issues as appropriate.
• Provide regular program status updates, including accomplishments, challenges, risks, and upcoming priorities.
