About The Position

The Program Integrator will support PEO leadership and Program Managers in establishing and maintaining acquisition baselines for programs. This involves monitoring and reporting on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and/or a portfolio. The role requires performing holistic analysis to minimize cost and implementation risks, ensuring initiatives are budgeted effectively and delivered on time.

Requirements

• Active and current TS.SCI w FSP through MD
• CI poly within the last 5 years.
• Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD program management, contract management, and/or financial management
• Possess well-developed interpersonal, writing, and oral skills to effectively communicate at all levels; consistently exercise tact, discretion, diplomacy, and elicit team synergy is preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel is preferred to include demonstrated use of pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

Nice To Haves

• Trained in the Lean Six Sigma Program is a bonus.
