Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum Level 6 Program Management certification prior to application.
  • Prior Control Account Manager (CAM) experience, including CAM responsibilities on a Field Service Representative (FSR) program.
  • Prior Program/Project Management leadership experience, preferably in defense sustainment.
  • Experience leading cost, schedule, and technical execution independently.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with EVMS, IMS/IMP development, and risk/opportunity management.
  • Prior Department of Defense (DOD) experience in product sustainment or lifecycle management.
  • Experience creating and implementing automation tools or dashboards for program leadership.
  • Experience leading proposals, managing complex financial accounts, and driving program performance.
  • Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Core Certified.
  • Practical knowledge of Raytheon Technologies systems, sustainment processes, and gate reviews.
  • Existing active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day cost, schedule, and technical execution of IOT Product Support tasks within the ITAS CLS Material ODC scope.
  • Serve as the primary program management interface with Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Contracts teams.
  • Maintain responsive and reliable material management and procurement execution.
  • Support internal and external reviews, including customer program office integration.
  • Ensure compliance with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) development, risk and opportunity management, and Raytheon business processes.
  • Provide CAM responsibilities for sustainment programs, managing complex financial accounts and driving program performance.
  • Implement automation tools or dashboards to enhance program leadership efficiency.
  • Lead proposals and support program growth initiatives across multiple sustainment programs.
