About The Position

MDW Associates is seeking an experienced Program Management Integrator to support the MRC/CAML Product Office in Huntsville, Alabama supporting the US Army. The Program Management Integrator will provide cross-functional integration and direct program management support to ensure priorities, schedules, activities, and functional efforts remain aligned with program objectives. The ideal candidate possesses significant experience supporting a product or program office, strong knowledge of Army acquisition processes, and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple functional areas while maintaining program-wide situational awareness. This is a full-time, onsite position located at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. This position requires approximately 15% travel.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience coordinating planning, operations, program management, or integration activities within a product or program office.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating activities across multiple functional areas such as engineering, contracting, logistics, business, and test.
  • Experience developing program briefings, leadership updates, decision materials, and other executive-level program products.
  • Experience tracking program actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to maintain situational awareness across multiple concurrent program activities and identify issues requiring leadership attention.
  • Ability to work full-time onsite at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15%.
  • Active Secret security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with PAE Fires organizational structure, functions, and roles.
  • Familiarity with current Army acquisition processes and organizational structures.
  • Experience supporting one or more Army missile system programs.
  • Experience working within an Army Product Office, Project Office, or similar acquisition program environment.
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition program management processes and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide cross-functional integration and direct program management support to ensure priorities, schedules, and activities remain aligned with program objectives.
  • Synchronize efforts across engineering, contracting, logistics, business, test, and other functional areas to support timely and effective program execution.
  • Develop and maintain program briefing charts, leadership updates, decision materials, and other program management products.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate program messaging across internal and external engagements.
  • Track high-priority actions, milestones, risks, decisions, and leadership taskings to ensure accountability and timely closure.
  • Maintain program-wide situational awareness and provide timely visibility into emerging issues and program priorities.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders across the program office and supporting functional organizations.
  • Identify emerging issues, dependencies, risks, and decisions requiring Assistant Product Manager (APM) or other leadership attention.
  • Support leadership decision-making by consolidating program information, identifying impacts and dependencies, and communicating relevant information across functional areas.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning for safety-related incidents or anomalies.
