About The Position

The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration, planning, development, and financial operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. The role oversees the inpatient rehabilitation program’s clinical, financial, and administrative performance, and works with interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards. The director develops and manages departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans; maintains compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies; supervises and develops staff; analyzes performance metrics and implements quality improvement initiatives; and represents the rehabilitation program in internal and external meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management.
• Minimum of 3 years in rehabilitation leadership or administration.
• Valid clinical license as applicable by state.

Responsibilities
