The IBHD supports the team daily by managing the integrated behavioral health workflows, processes and quality metrics and mentoring team members towards the success and evolution of integrated behavioral health visits in the primary care and dental clinics at Mountain Family Health Centers. This leader also serves as a liaison between the many and varied community organizations and partners of MFHC by communicating and collaborating on grants, projects and integration across the community we serve.
