About The Position

The Program Director is responsible for the overall administration, planning, development, and financial operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. The role oversees inpatient rehabilitation operations across clinical, financial, and administrative performance and works with interdisciplinary teams to support high-quality care and compliance with treatment standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation leadership or administration.
• Valid clinical license as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program, including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
• Supervise and develop staff, providing ongoing training and support.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Represent the rehabilitation program in internal and external meetings.
